The landscape design is divided into two sections – the frontyard and backyard. Frontyard is planned to have clean and modern lines that complement the house architecture. Entrance to the house is emphasized with two focal points – two vertical coniferous trees and linear planting of shrubs and ornamental grasses that go along the entry pathway.

The backyard is visually divided into three sections. The first one is in the north part of the property – slope next to the garage with a fire pit area. The second section of the backyard is the decking with the hot tub and sitting area next to the house. The last section is in the south part of the backyard with a slope and clean planting design.
